In 2012, Dart Container Corporation purchased Solo Cup Company. Although we are technically now one company, certain business functions remain separate as we continue to transition our operations with the end-goal of having one unified process.
Currently, Dart customers may only purchase product that is available through the Dart catalog, and Solo customers may only purchase product that is available through the Solo catalog. Dart customers will need to complete new customer registration steps in order to place an order of Solo products. The same applies to Solo customers who wish to order Dart products.
If you are both a Dart and Solo customer, you will not need to complete the new customer registration process; however, minimum order requirements still apply separately for Dart and Solo orders. These orders will be processed and delivered separately from each other.
We will be streamlining the ordering process over the next 24 months, region by region. Once your region has transitioned, customers will be able to purchase both Dart and Solo products on one order, receiving one delivery and one invoice.
